Strength & Conditioning
Presentation's Strength & Conditioning program empowers students and student-athletes to perform at peak fitness levels through high intensity interval training, powerlifting, plyometrics, calisthenics and aerobic exercise.
Shaun Eagan is a certified CrossFit trainer and is an affiliate owner of a CrossFit gym in San Jose. He holds a B.S. in exercise science from West Virginia Wesleyan College where he was a member of the football and track & field teams.
Shaun holds several CrossFit specialty certifications, including:
- Olympic Lifting
- CrossFit Kids
While Shaun's background is in CrossFit, the workouts designed for our student-athletes are varied, with special attention paid to total-body workouts.
