Campus Ministry encourages students to take time out to reflect on their faith and build community with their peers.  We offer retreats for each class level to support students in deepening their relationship with God. All of our retreats are free and open to all faith traditions. Our programs provide meaningful experiences of personal reflection and community building which recognize both the faith struggle of adolescence and the fullest personal development of young women. Our retreats are led by teams of peer ministers, faculty, and the campus ministry staff.

How can I register?

  • Once you've read through the information on your daughter's class level retreat below, print out a retreat registration form, fill in your family's information, and mail your form into Presentation High School.
  • Retreat reservations will be accepted in the order they are received. Our retreats are popular and space is limited to 60 students per retreat. Please register early to ensure a spot!
  • If you wish to register for a retreat that is taking place within six weeks, please have your daughter come in person to the Campus Ministry Office. We will happily accommodate her if space is available.

What if my daughter needs to drop out of her retreat?

  • Because we make reservations with retreat centers more than a year in advance and pay in full four weeks prior to the retreat, if your daughter drops after the “final drop date” we will charge you an administrative fee to offset what we paid for your daughter to attend. The amount varies by retreat: freshmen and sophomores pay $35, juniors pay $85 and seniors pay $100. Check the information below regarding the final drop date for each retreat.
  • If your daughter drops before the final drop date, you will not be charged.

Growing in the Good Soil

Your daughter is required to attend one of our two Freshman Retreats. She will enjoy her first opportunity to attend an off-campus retreat with members of the freshman class. This retreat is held at the beautiful Presentation Center in Los Gatos and is led by peer ministry team, campus ministers and faculty. She will get an opportunity to take some time out from her busy schedule to reflect, pray and learn about how to make good choices rooted in faith. The sessions offer small and large group discussions, community-building activities, prayer experiences and free time to relax. The retreat is open to and enriched by all faith traditions. Students will depart Presentation at 8:15 a.m. and return to campus at 5 p.m. that evening

* Because we make reservations more than a year in advance and pay in full four weeks prior to the retreat, if your daughter drops after the “final drop date” we will charge you an administrative fee to offset what we paid for her to attend. The fee for this retreat is $35. If your daughter drops within four weeks of the retreat, we will be contacting you to pay this fee. Please make your check payable to Presentation High School and write “Freshman Retreat” in the memo line.
