Swim-a-thon on Oct. 18

Presentation High School presents the 7th annual Swim To Remember swim-a-thon, which raises money for the Claire Buchser Memorial Scholarship and Breast Cancer Connections, which provides support, counseling and guidance. The event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 18, and all are invited to participate.
The Claire Buchser Memorial Scholarship was created to remember a former Presentation teacher who battled breast cancer; the funds will support a member of the Class of 2014.
You don't have to be a swimmer to participate! In the pool you can also aquajog or kick your way through the laps, or you can be a lap-counter or simply make a donation. The swim-a-thon will run from 6-7 a.m. and 1-8 p.m. For details and a pledge sheet, click here.
