Fundraising

The fundraising efforts for all Performing Arts Programs have been centralized through TADA! to efficiently generate the additional funds necessary to grow and maintain the highest quality programs at Presentation High School. These funds are distributed to each Performing Arts Program based upon priorities agreed on by TADA! and administration jointly.

TADA! raises funds through a variety of efforts from producing an annual fundraising performance, staffing concessions at all performances held in the Valenzuela Theater, coordinating “Kiss the Cast” recognition, managing GALA events/socials, costume rental, summer programs, and membership dues.

Services & Support:

TADA! serves as the central organization for volunteers to all Performing Arts Programs. We help manage, supervise and coordinate all volunteer support efforts for a performances including: ticket sales, ushers/greeters, concessions, social/Gala events, costume storage/sewing, and set build/construction/decoration. Working as a team, our efforts will allow parents to enjoy their daughters' performances and our Teachers and Directors receive the support they need to produce a high quality program. This proactive group is organized and ready to meet any and all Performing Arts Program needs.
