Presentation High School is seeking a seasoned professional to become Technology Director, assuming the role in July 2022.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, goal-oriented leader and skilled communicator who will partner with school leadership and the technology team to lead the strategic changes in educational technology in partnership across the school community while embracing Presentation’s Catholic identity, mission, culture, and values.
Reporting to the CFOO, serving on the Business Operations Leadership Team team, and regularly collaborating with the President, Principal, and school leadership, the technology director, provides vision and leadership to integrate strategy, technology, and community to improve learning outcomes for students.
In this role, the tech director will assess potential areas of opportunity in which technology can facilitate the delivery of systems and programs, foster student learning, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
The Technology Director oversees the following areas of responsibility:
Lead to Results
- Inform the direction of implementing innovative and effective learning environments and digital solutions as a critical part of the Technology Strategy Plan
- Develop and update the school’s Technology Strategy Plan to provide a framework for prioritizing technology projects and promoting the meaningful use of technology in all school learning environments.
- Develop standards to systematically evaluate the effective use of technology school-wide and assess technology systems regularly against those standards.

Development Services Manager

Position Summary
The Development Services Manager is responsible for all aspects of data management in support of development and engagement activities at Presentation High School. This position is also tasked with gathering, organizing, managing, and disseminating information to guide the sound planning and effective execution of development activities. Through the successful implementation of this role, the Development Services Manager will:
- Facilitate fundraising and stewardship through gift processing, constituent tracking, relationship management, research, data analysis, and fund management.
- Provide the essential infrastructure of the Development & Engagement enterprise.
- Position their front-line colleagues (fundraisers, alumni & parent engagement managers, etc.) for success in relationships with donors, potential donors, volunteers, and other supporters.
- Minimize risks by accurately recording and reporting fundraising information and by securely managing sensitive data.
- Understand, explain and apply all regulations and guidelines governing fundraising, gift processing, and gift accounting (IRS, CASE, FASB/GASB, etc.)
- Stay current with trends in Philanthropy and with the technical developments that apply to the profession; communicate and lead their organizations in applying these developments.
- Work in close collaboration and accordance with the business office to ensure proper compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Duties and Specific Responsibilities
Database Management
- Maintain an accurate database of all donors, alumni, prospects, and fundraising activity
- Comply with Development & Engagement goals, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of database information
- Stay current with trends in philanthropy and with the technical developments that apply to the profession
- Process new and updated information into the database as needed
- Search for lapsed alumni
- Continuously improve the quality of alumni and donor data
- Manage the internal systems of prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, with a strong emphasis on major gifts prospect management
- Ensure all team members have efficient, effective tracking systems to support their cultivation and solicitations
- Provide full services support for fundraising campaigns including tracking next steps, pledge commitments, solicitation strategy management and reporting, and donor recognition
Gift Processing
- Set up and manage online payment forms, processing, and acknowledgments of all gifts

- Accurately record and report all fundraising information and securely and discretely manage sensitive data

Data Integrity
- Ensure the integrity and security of the database information, implementing and utilizing best practices in alignment with the database standards

Position Summary
The Annual Giving Manager works in support of the goals, programs, and activities of the Development & Engagement (D&E) Team. This position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, metrics-driven annual giving plan, drive long-term donor cultivation and stewardship, and grow revenue from various constituencies. The Annual Giving Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Development & Engagement, the D&E team, and key leadership to coordinate a comprehensive fundraising plan each year providing short-term and long-term vision to this essential development function.
Duties and Specific Responsibilities
Annual Giving
● Create, execute and evaluate the plan for annual giving that reaches all constituencies (current parents, alumnae, parents of alumnae, friends of Presentation, grandparents, faculty/staff, which includes our Spanish-speaking community). Develop goals and strategies for each constituent group. Annual giving includes Panther Fund, Crowds4Pres day of giving, and Financial Aid.
● Lead Panther Fund committee. Recruit, train, and manage an all-volunteer team to meet
participation and financial goals and meet campaign objectives.
● Responsible for the renewal of donors with multi-year pledges.
● Direct Crowds4Pres giving campaign in spring. Design communications (email and video) plan with PR and coordinate website updating throughout the campaign. Actively involve program directors who benefit from the campaign.
● Oversee renewal of Direct Aid pledges and cultivate new donors to meet the ever-increasing Direct Aid needs.
Development & Engagement Collaboration
● Collaborate with Alumnae Engagement Manager to sustain and grow support from and connection between alumnae and Presentation.
● Manage a portfolio of leadership donors with specific goals for contact and advancement.
● Provide support to additional staff (Director of Development & Engagement, President, etc.) who maintain portfolios. Lead regular donor prospect meetings and coordinate necessary donor
briefings.
● Stewardship of annual giving donors in conjunction with the Director of Development & Engagement and Engagement & Stewardship Manager to build strategies for moving donors to higher giving levels.
● Coordinate communications strategy around fundraising campaigns to educate and cultivate a culture of philanthropy in support of the mission of PHS.
● Meet regularly with the President and Director of Development & Engagement.
● Report to Advancement Committee of the Board of Directors as requested.
● Work in tandem with the Engagement & Stewardship Manager on stewardship events and annual giving recognition.

Presentation High School is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to create and lead an Auxiliary Programs Department with programming to begin in the 2022-23 school year. In alignment with the school’s mission and values, the program’s core purpose is to extend the school’s mission through revenue-generating programs and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a vision and goals for the new department.
2. Create and execute a strategic business plan that leverages the school’s strengths and assets to
meet current market opportunities.
3. Develop and run auxiliary programming in line with the school mission while providing in-demand
services through new programming, strategic partnership with other school departments/programs,
or outsourcing to external partners.
4. Prepare and manage a department budget with a targeted net revenue of $500,000/year.
5. Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise all staff in partnership with Presentation High School’s Human
Resources.
6. Collaborate with school leadership to leverage school resources to run auxiliary programming,
including but not limited to technology, facilities, finance, academic leadership, and public relations.
7. Develop and implement a communications marketing plan with the school’s public relations
department to meet the program’s goals.
8. Develop systems and processes to support all auxiliary programming that are in line with the
school’s business, facility, and safety guidelines.
9. Ensure student safety and partner with parents by creating policies and practices that communicate
policies, expectations, and procedures for any programs or services delivered.
10. Work closely with the current summer school leadership to continue to deliver a superior program
for students. The role could be expanded to include serving as the Summer School Principal.

Responsibilities:
This is a divided role that has two key functions:

Provide professional development and individual support for Faculty and Staff as they work with students who learn differently. For these functions, the Educational Specialist will work with the Vice Principal of Curriculum and Instruction and Professional Development Team.

Work directly with students and families by monitoring student progress, develop strategies and accommodations and communicate these plans with parents, students and teachers. For these functions, the Educational Specialist will report to the Vice Principal of Student Affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify summer curriculum for Step into Pres: Study Skills to support the unique needs of each incoming freshman class.
- Work with summer school teachers to support the development of summer curriculum for additional support classes, Step into Pres: Reading, Writing and Thinking and Step into Pres: Math
- Attend and contribute to PD Team meetings along with Instructional Coaches, Director of DEI and Education Technologist.
- Work with PD Team to prepare faculty professional development for PD workshops related to differentiation and inclusion topics, in particular.
- Prepare student development plans (504s) and conduct initial meetings are completed by the end of September. All PLP meetings should be completed by the end of the first semester.
- Conduct professional development and on-boarding protocols for paraprofessionals.
- Set up structures for the study center that create and support independent learning including a clear scope and sequence of skilled curriculum and data collection methods to measure success so that students “graduate” out of the study center.
- Work with teachers to develop and implement classroom-based strategies and accommodations to support students with learning differences.
- Collaborate with teachers within their classrooms to make sure every student’s learning needs are met.

Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach
Founded in 1962 by the Sisters of the Presentation, Presentation High School is a college preparatory secondary school for young women in the heart of Silicon Valley. Presentation Athletics seeks candidates for the position of Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach, for the season beginning in February of 2022 and ending on/around June of 2022. This position will be responsible for running the Lacrosse Program at Presentation, which consists of the varsity team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience playing competitive lacrosse (high school, college, professional or combination)
- Ability to attend all team practices and games (Mon-Fri in afternoon/evening. Saturday commitments)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Organization and administration of the Presentation lacrosse program
- Establishment of Program Philosophy: The head coach is responsible for the establishment of a program philosophy (philosophy, skills, techniques) that will be shared with all levels of the program as well as students and families.
- Equipment: The head coach is responsible for all equipment and uniform needs of the program. All equipment orders will be made in consultation with the Athletic Department
- Scheduling: The head coach will be responsible for establishing all non-league matches, tournaments or games for the program. All schedules must be approved and reviewed by the athletic director. The head coach is also responsible for coordinating with the athletic director on practice schedules for all levels.
- Coaching Staff: The head coach is responsible for assisting the athletic director in finding and interviewing potential candidates for his/her program
- Teach students a wide range of skills pertaining to lacrosse mastery and strategies
- Provide opportunities for growth in understanding of sportsmanship and lacrosse skill development in accordance with the mission and philosophy of the school
