Advanced Placement Exams
Presentation High School students must meet prerequisites to gain admittance into Advanced Placement courses. Taking AP exams is not a requirement of AP classes. AP English Literature and Composition is offered in alternating years with Honors English 3 and 4. AP Physics and AP Chemistry are offered in alternating years. We do not limit the amount of AP and Honors classes or exams a student takes per year.
Taking an AP course at Presentation is a unique and valuable experience. Our AP courses are enriching and designed to prepare students for AP exams in the spring. For these reasons, the school does not allow students to take AP exams for courses in which they are not enrolled at Presentation with the exception of the AP English Literature and Culture and AP English Language and Culture exams.
AP Courses
AP Biology, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Computer Science A, AP Environmental Science, AP French Language, AP Macroeconomics, AP Physics 1: Algebra-Based, AP Psychology, AP Spanish Language, AP Spanish Literature, AP Statistics, AP Studio Art 2-D, AP United States Government & Politics, AP United States History
