Remote Learning

As Santa Clara County copes with the new normal of sheltering-in-place, Presentation is leading the way ensuring that our students continue to receive a quality and rigorous education. Through professional development in best teaching practices and ensuring that all students had access to the devices and internet connection to complete lessons, our faculty and students jumped into online schooling on Monday, March 16th.

Presentation’s commitment to our students’ intellectual, spiritual, and emotional growth continues even in these uncertain times. Teachers are providing the most up-to-date online learning practices allowing us to continue offering traditional grades. Our co-curricular activities and student support services have consistently collaborated with students to continue programming and guidance virtually. Please see more information below on how we are supporting our students.

Whether we are virtual or in-person, Presentation continues to educate and empower young women in Silicon Valley by consistently providing unrivaled academic and co-curricular programs, personalized student support, and friendship that lasts a lifetime.

"Although learning digitally has been quite an adjustment, I have increasingly supportive teachers to guide the way. Learning a new language online seemed particularly daunting, however learning Spanish online has given me new opportunities. In Senora Shearin's Spanish 3 Honors class I am engaging in and practicing Spanish through watching spanish tv, catching up on the news in Spanish, and practicing speaking through various apps. While I miss the discussions that class brings, Spanish class is full of new possibilities."
