Unofficial transcripts are for personal use and are not accepted by colleges or employers. These PDF copies are emailed for informal purposes, and there is no fee for this service. Unofficial transcripts are typically emailed within 5–7 business days.

Who can request an unofficial transcript:

• Current students
• Alumnae
• Former Students Non-Graduate
• Summer School Students (2024 and earlier)

Examples of use: Personal records, informal college planning, job or internship applications.

Signed, Sealed, and Delivered—Digitally or by Mail

Official transcripts are required for college applications, scholarships, employment, and school transfers. Presentation High School provides official transcripts that are signed and sealed, and can be securely emailed or mailed directly to the institutions you specify. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
 

Students enrolled in academic classes during the 2025 summer session will receive one complimentary official transcript, sent to the school indicated on the Google Form sent to your email. Transcript processing will begin the week of August 5, 2025.

If you need additional transcripts sent to other schools or recipients, please submit a transcript request above.
