We are thrilled that you are interested in applying! This program offers a range of exciting, free opportunities designed to enrich and inspire your middle school experience. We can’t wait for you to join us and embark on this educational journey.

Submission Instructions: Please submit your completed application form by the deadline listed on our website. Applications received after the deadline will be considered only if space is available.

Registration Policy: Families may register for only one class per session—three sessions are offered per year (fall, winter, or spring). New class options are introduced for each session, so you’ll have fresh opportunities to explore throughout the year.

Application deadline: January 2, 2025
Notification: Families will be notified of their course placements the week of January 5, 2025.

I hereby grant Panther Pathways High School Program permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Panther Pathways and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Panther Pathways to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
