Transfer Students
Come start fresh at Presentation!
Transfer students have the unique opportunity to re-start their high school journey. Presentation accepts transfer applications on a rolling basis for 9th through 12th grade. Transfers have the opportunity to start in January for the spring semester or in August for the fall semester.
As a transfer student, you will be supported by your personal Pres counselor, teachers, classmates and the Admissions team to ensure a smooth transition. You will participate in a Transfer Orientation at the beginning of the semester to ensure you are comfortable and ready to embark on your new experience at Pres.
Whether you are joining us for one, two or three years, Presentation will help you unlock the brilliant potential within yourself.

Schedule a tour of Presentation's beautiful campus.

Submit your application on Ravenna for the spring semester by November 1 and the fall semester by April 1. After these dates applications will be received and reviewed on a rolling basis.
Application Requirements
1. Submit the application and fee in Ravenna
- Transfers applying for Spring 2025, please complete the 2024-2025 application
- Transfers applying for Fall 2025, please complete the 2024-2025 application
2. Request your transcripts to be sent to Presentation High School through Ravenna
- We require your current semester grades and two previous year’s grades
3. Request a letter of recommendation from a current teacher through Ravenna
4. Complete an interview with a member of the Admissions team
- Admissions will contact you after your completed application has been submitted to schedule an interview
