Student Athlete Information

Congratulations on your student being part of an athletic team at Presentation!  Registration is required for all students on a team and is separate from the medical package previously completed for tryouts. 

This registration form is currently open to the following sports for the 2021-2022 seasons:  Basketball and Soccer.

The fee for student participation is $200 per season.
This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Athletics Parent Work Shift Requirement

In support of our athletic program, each family is required to work two work shifts during their athlete's season. These shifts may or may not be directly tied to your student's sport but will support our athletic program overall.  Each shift must be completed by an adult.  In lieu of working a shift, parents may select a buy-out option.
