Athletic Participation

Required for All Student-Athletes

All students trying out for a school sport must complete the Athletic Participation Packet in Magnus Health before the school year begins.

Important Notes:

Student-athletes cannot participate in tryouts, practices, scrimmages, or games until all forms are submitted in Magnus.

When filling out your Magnus Health profile, select “Yes” to indicate your student plans to play sports at Presentation. This will activate the required Athletic Department forms.

You must register and complete forms for each student-athlete individually.
