Strength & Conditioning

Presentation's Strength & Conditioning program empowers students and student-athletes to perform at peak fitness levels through high intensity interval training, powerlifting, plyometrics, calisthenics and aerobic exercise.


Our newly renovated weight room, located in the Miller Athletic Complex, is outfitted with the most current equipment on the market, including:

  • Cardiovascular machines
  • Plate-loaded equipment
  • Benches
  • Dumbbells
  • Resistance trainers
Hours of Operation:
  • A Days: 3-6 p.m.
  • B Days: 1-4 p.m.


Shaun Eagan is a certified CrossFit trainer and is an affiliate owner of a CrossFit gym in San Jose. He holds a B.S. in exercise science from West Virginia Wesleyan College where he was a member of the football and track & field teams.

Shaun holds several CrossFit specialty certifications, including:

  • Mobility
  • Gymnastics
  • Football
  • Olympic Lifting
  • Striking
  • Powerlifting
  • Goal-Setting
  • CrossFit Kids

While Shaun's background is in CrossFit, the workouts designed for our student-athletes are varied, with special attention paid to total-body workouts.
