“The Myth of Perfect: Understanding and Overcoming the Elusively Narrow Definition of Success” with Ana Homoyoun

In today’s world of high expectations, many individuals – regardless of age – feel an underlying or overarching anxiety of never feeling good enough, and believing that something is “missing” in their pursuit of achievement, success, and happiness. It doesn’t have to be this way! Ana Homayoun discusses some of the issues facing teens (and adults) today, and discusses ways to help teens identify their internal definition of perfection, and counteract the culture of perfection through defining and honing personal values, developing energizing habits, and pursuing a purpose-filled life.
