Mission Drive

Presentation High School's Mission Drive focuses on supporting the ministries of the Sisters of the Presentation located here in the San Francisco Bay Area, which focus on education, female empowerment, and alleviation of hunger and homelessness.

Our goal is to raise $15,000.

This year, our class levels will be fundraising to fill the following needs:

  • Freshmen: School supplies and educational materials for The Lantern Center for Hospitality and Education
  • Sophomores: Food and supplies to support the Day Laborers Breakfast Program
  • Juniors: Program and material support (educational, nutrition, money management, computers and technology) for San Francisco SafeHouse
  • Seniors: Caps and gowns for the preschool graduates and scholarships for college-bound women from the Learning & Loving Education Center

How It Works

For six weeks each spring, students hold bake sales and movie nights, sell food and crafts, stage concerts and races, and much, much more in order to raise funds to support the international missions of our Presentation Sisters. We encourage students to be creative when thinking of fundraising ideas. Not only do we want to offer financial support to these missions, but we also strive to educate our school and larger community about the work being done and the people impacted by them.
