Welcome to Summer at Pres! We are excited to be able to offer co-ed programs for elementary students who want to accelerate and enrich their learning with fun, educational opportunities.

Day Camps

Panther Cubs: Elementary School Day Camps are available for grades 1–5. All camps will include an All-Sports morning, then families can choose an afternoon selection of:

Academic Course Absences

Summer School classes will be taught exclusively in person. Students must adhere to all current Presentation COVID 19 policies. Because the summer session condenses a whole semester of curriculum into a short and intense course of study, students may only miss 1 day (or a total of 4 hours) of the 14 of a term and still earn course credit. In the event that a student needs to quarantine due to COVID, student may attend classes virtually for the number of days they are required to stay at home. This is the only circumstance in which a student may attend classes virtually and approval to begin and set up virtual attendance needs to go through Summer School Administration. Final exams will not be given early.

If student is absent due to illness, tardiness, appointment or any other reason, a parent must contact the attendance office within 30 minutes of the class’s start time. Any student arriving late or leaving early must report to or contact the attendance office to sign-in or sign-out. A parent note or phone call to the attendance office is required for students missing class time.

Advancement & Remediation

Refund Policy

For 3-Week Academic Classes: $75 of the course fee is nonrefundable. Refunds (minus the $75) will be given for classes dropped three weeks prior to their start date. Cancellations closer to the class start date will not be refunded.

All Other Classes/Camps: $50 of the course fee is nonrefundable. Refunds (minus the $50) will be given for class/camps dropped three weeks prior to their start date. Cancellations closer to the class/camp start date will not be refunded.
Presentation High School reserves the right to cancel any class/camps. There will be no charge for classes/camps cancelled by Presentation.

No exceptions will be made to our above policies. No refunds will be given for absences. No pro-rates for missed sessions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing or by e-mail to: Summer School Administration at summerschool@presentationhs.org or Mike West, Athletic Director at mwest@presentationhs.org.

Presentation High School reserves the right to cancel any class/camp for which insufficient numbers register. There will be no charge for classes/camps cancelled due to lack of enrollment.

COVID-19 Safety

The health of our community, students, faculty and staff remains our first priority. We have been committed to in-person learning in accordance with county guidelines since the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year and are excited to continue in person learning during summer school.
