Final Exam Reminder

In-Person Final Exams are scheduled for May 20, 21, & 22. During "Finals Week," students only need to attend school during the class periods in which they have an in-person final. 

May 20: Finals periods 1, 2, and 3

If a student is scheduled for 3 in-person finals, she may request to postpone her 3rd period final to Wednesday or Thursday using this Google form prior to Friday, May 9th.

May 21: Finals periods 4 and 5

May 22: Finals periods 6 and 7

May 28: Last day to make up finals.

Please help your student prepare in advance for final exams. Strategizing a study and project work schedule and sticking to the schedule can help reduce stress for students.

Discover Innovation at Demo Day!

Join us on Monday, May 12 from 4–5:30 p.m. in The Center for Demo Day, where our Engineering students will showcase their real-world inventions designed for community partners. Hear their project pitches, see their prototypes in action, and celebrate the power of creative problem-solving. Free and open to all.

Kino Night: Student Reflections from the Border

Over Easter Break, a group of Presentation and Bellarmine students traveled to Mexico to meet migrants and explore immigration issues at the U.S.–Mexico border.

Join us for Kino Night to hear their powerful reflections and experiences.

Ride with Us: 2025–26 Bus Service Enrollment Now Open

Presentation High School offers safe, convenient morning transportation for families across the Bay—making it easier than ever to start your day stress-free. See flyer here.

Choose from two routes for the 2025–26 school year:
Blue & Gold Line Pass – $1,350 (Aug–May)
Covers all designated stops from Fremont, Milpitas, Los Altos, Cupertino, Saratoga, and Blossom/Almaden Valley.

Caltrain Connector Pass – $765 (Aug–May)
Includes morning pick-up only from San Jose Diridon Station.

Fees will be billed through Clarity as a one-time payment or over 9 monthly installments starting August 31. Non-Tuition Assistance is available for families currently receiving tuition assistance. 

Enrollment deadline: August 1
Withdrawal deadline: August 10
(must email transportation@presentationhs.org to avoid full-year charges)

Save the Date: Awards Ceremony

We’re excited to celebrate our students at Presentation’s Annual Awards Ceremony on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 10:15–11:40 a.m. in the Presentation Athletic Complex (Gym).

This annual event is an on-campus assembly and celebration of our students' achievements and growth toward Presentation's graduation outcomes, with special recognition for senior students.

Families of students receiving an award will be notified via email by May 12.

Student Attire

  • Seniors may wear free dress (dressy, in accordance with handbook policies).
  • All other students must wear their formal uniform.

Senior Launch Party: Celebrating the Class of 2025

We’re excited to send off our seniors in style! On Thursday, May 15, students will gather in the courtyard for our annual Senior Launch Party—a fun tradition where they wear their college gear, enjoy some treats, and share where they’re headed next.

Thank you for all the support you’ve given your student throughout their journey at Presentation. We can’t wait to celebrate this exciting milestone with them!

Senior Dinner: Honoring the Class of 2025

When: Thursday, May 22 | 6:30–9 p.m.

Senior parents and other family members celebrate their student's four years at Presentation, with delicious dinner and class memories. All Seniors will have the opportunity to dress up and express gratitude for an important person in their life.

Tickets are on sale now!
Each senior receives one ticket for themselves and one for a guest.
Additional tickets are available for $75 each.

PRES PARENT ASSOCIATION (PPA)

As the 2024–2025 school year comes to a close, we’ll gather the senior class for a special tradition—watching the sunset together as they reflect on their Pres journey.

To make the evening even sweeter, we’re asking for donations of desserts and baked goods for the students to enjoy during the event. Homemade or store-bought treats are both welcome!

Please drop off items at the Main Office by 4:00 PM on Monday, May 19, 2025.

Congrats Panthers and Upcoming Events

We’re so proud of our Panthers for their outstanding athletic achievements this spring!

  • Swim: Huge congrats to all our swimmers on their incredible performances at the WCAL Championship Meet—so many Top 3 swims by our Panthers!
  • Track & Field: Another great showing last weekend. Good luck to those competing in WCAL Finals (Friday, May 9)!
  • Lacrosse: Our seniors wrapped their season with a dominant win over Harbor—what a way to finish!
  • Softball: One final Senior Day is coming up—come cheer on Kyla Shackelford on Friday, May 16. The ceremony begins at 3:50 p.m.

This event satisfies the Pres’s annual physical exam requirement. Click here to book your spot.

Be sure to take your physical exam paperwork, available on Magnus Health, with a parent's signature already on the form. Cost is $50 (check made out to Bellarmine or cash accepted).

FAITH AND JUSTICE

In a world that seems incredibly demanding, distracting, and fast, Campus Ministry encourages students to take time out to stop, reflect on their faith, and to build community with their peers.

We offer retreats for each class level to support students in personal spiritual growth, to encourage reflection that leads to gratitude, and to strengthen relationships. Students of all faiths are welcome and encouraged to lead and to participate in retreats.

All Presentation’s retreats are free and are open to and enhanced by students of all faith traditions and experiences. Space is limited, so register now using one of the following registration links:

magnus-health

We are already preparing for our 2025-2026 school year and will be excited to see all of you on campus in August.

Presentation High School utilizes Magnus Health to collect student health and emergency contact information. We require this information for every student as part of our enrollment agreement. We send this information request out at the beginning of May, with a due date of June 1st, so that you can complete the requirements prior to enjoying your summer vacation.

If you have forgotten your login or password information, you can request a reset by emailing our Presentation High School Magnus Health Coordinator at magnushealth@presentationhs.org.
