How to Volunteer

Student safety is very important at Presentation and several screening requirements are in place to ensure we continue to keep everyone on our campus safe.  There are different levels of clearance required based on if your volunteer duties involve working around our students or not.

How to Get Involved

There are so many opportunities to get involved at Presentation.  Your participation provides a meaningful and fulfilling experience for both you and your child, and is a fun way to meet other parents, create a support network and learn more about the school.

Below is a list of several different programs that rely on volunteer support to continue to provide exceptional opportunities for our Presentation students.  Please check them out and find those that best fit your skills and availability.  Feel free to reach out with any questions or comments.

PRES Parents Association (PPA)

  • All parents are automatic members of the PRES Parents Association, a group with the mission to support other parents, build community and foster a spirit of belonging.
  • The PRES Parents Association (PPA) serves as the conduit between Presentation and the entire parent community. In order to ensure your students are receiving the best possible experience while at Presentation, we rely on parent feedback, volunteers, and leadership. The PPA works closely with Administration to ensure we are meeting two important benchmarks - filling volunteer opportunities and meeting fundraising goals in order to ensure every student wishing to attend Presentation is able to enjoy all the opportunities Presentation has to offer regardless of their financial situation. This is only possible when everyone lives out our motto “Not Words, But Deeds”.
