This event will be on campus in the Courtyard. If you are receiving an award you will be notified by May 16 via email with a notice that you will be recognized in the program, asked to stand in place or asked to come forward to receive your award. You may receive more than one email if you are receiving more than one type of award.
Up to three family members may attend the Awards Assembly per graduating Senior.

*Attire for this event is free dress - according to handbook policies - and dressy.
Presentation High School prioritizes the health and safety of our community members. All guests to campus must check-in to the Main Office upon arrival and provide a valid form of identification such as a driver's license and proof of EITHER full COVID-19 vaccination or the results of a negative COVID-19 test completed within 24 hours of their visit.
Proof of vaccination includes either one’s vaccination record/card or a photo of the record/card. Wearing a mask is highly recommended given the current increase in COVID positive cases in the county. Unlike other parent events, because the Awards Assembly is during school hours, guests are considered campus visitors.
Campus visitors must be accompanied by a school employee at all times and are never to be alone with a student. All guests must comply with the following:
Process
- Please complete the Awards Assembly RSVP form. The information will allow us to pre-print your guest passes using our Raptor screening system.
- On Friday May 20, please allow adequate time to park on the streets in front of school and enter through the front Main Entrance.
- Email your vaccination cards OR COVID tests to akelly@presentationhs.org.
- All guests must check-in at the Main Office to receive a guest pass.
