Our bus and carpool programs are designed to provide reliable and convenient options for families throughout the Bay Area.

Blue and Gold Bus Lines + Caltrain

Our Blue and Gold Bus Lines provide morning transportation for students from Fremont, Milpitas, San Jose, Blossom/Almaden Valley, Los Altos, Cupertino, and Saratoga. Additionally, this service is seamlessly integrated with Caltrain with a stop at San Jose Diridon Train Station, offering a convenient and efficient way to commute across the Bay Area.

Cost

Blue and Gold Line Pass (Full Route): January is FREE, $540 for February thru May 2025
The Blue and Gold Line Pass covers the full route from all designated stops to Presentation School. This fee is non-refundable and can be billed in one payment or over 4 months starting February 1st in Tuition Management.

Caltrain Connector Pass (Train Station Pick Up Only): January is FREE, $300 for February thru May 2025
The Caltrain Connector Pass is available for students picked up at the San Jose Diridon Train Station. This fee is non-refundable and can be billed in one payment or over 4 months starting February 1st in Tuition Management.

If all spots are filled, we maintain a waiting list to accommodate new riders as openings arise during the school year. Families can view our flyer here.

To Register

To secure your student’s place, please follow these steps:

To begin, fill out the Registration Form, making sure to review the rules and regulations (below) before submitting. If all spots are filled, your student will be placed on a waiting list, and you will be notified if a spot becomes available.
Once your student is accepted, you will receive an email confirming they are ready to board the bus. Then, fees will be billed through Tuition Management at the selected pass rate.
Non-Tuition Assistance is available for students currently receiving tuition assistance. To apply, please complete this online form.

Caltrain Integration

Caltrain connects multiple stops across the Bay Area, including San Bruno, San Mateo, Belmont, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy. Students can arrive at the San Jose Diridon Station, where they board for a timely arrival at Presentation.

This integrated solution simplifies your commute, blending the flexibility of Caltrain with the reliability of our Presentation bus service.

Recommendation: For students traveling south, the recommended train is number 404, which arrives at Diridon Station at 7:57 a.m. For students traveling north, the recommended train is number 809, which arrives at Diridon Station at 7:40 a.m. Please note that these timetables are current as of December 2024.

The Presentation High School bus program is designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and respect of all students while traveling to and from school. To maintain a positive and secure environment on the bus, we ask that all students adhere to the following rules and guidelines. Your cooperation is essential in keeping the bus experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Safety and Respect

School Rules Apply: All school rules from the Presentation Student/Parent Handbook are in effect on the bus, which is an extension of the classroom.
Respectful Conduct: Follow the bus driver’s instructions and treat them with respect. Care for the bus property; defacing or damaging it is prohibited.

General Conduct

Punctuality and Readiness: Arrive at your pickup point at least 5 minutes before departure.
Boarding & Exiting: Line up in an orderly manner at least 12 feet away while waiting to board. Remain seated until the bus stops completely, and the door is opened to exit.
Onboard Rules:
- Observe the same conduct as in the classroom.
- Be courteous and do not use profane language.
- Do not eat or drink on the bus. Chewing gum and littering are not allowed
- Keep the bus clean.
- Obey the driver.
- Keep noise to a minimum.
- Stay in your seat. Face forward and remain seated while the bus is in motion.
- Keep head and hands inside the bus.
- Bus driver is authorized to assign seats.
- Seatbelts must be worn.

Accountability
Misconduct will be handled by the Dean’s Office. Repeated violations may result in the loss of bus privileges.
