At Presentation High School, we aim to make the daily commute simple and efficient, ensuring students arrive ready to focus on learning.
Our bus and carpool programs provide reliable and convenient options for families throughout the Bay Area.
The bus program is especially convenient for students traveling by train—pick up is available at San Jose Diridon Station, seamlessly connecting with Caltrain and Amtrak schedules. Students can take the train to Diridon and then hop on our bus to reach school safely and on time.

Blue and Gold Bus Lines + Caltrain/Amtrak
Our Blue and Gold Bus Lines provide morning transportation for students from Fremont, Milpitas, San Jose, Blossom/Almaden Valley, Los Altos, Cupertino, and Saratoga. Additionally, this service is seamlessly integrated with Caltrain/Amtrak with a stop at San Jose Diridon Train Station, offering a convenient and efficient way to commute across the Bay Area.

Cost
Blue Line Pass — $1,350 (or 9 payments of $150)
Designated stops at: Los Altos, Cupertino, Saratoga, and Blossom/Almaden Valley.
Gold Line Pass — $1,350 (or 9 payments of $150)
Designated stops at: Fremont, Milpitas.
Gold Line - Caltrain/Amtrak Connector Pass — $765 (or 9 payments of $85)
Pick-up at the San Jose Diridon Train Station only.
To Register
To secure your student’s place, please follow these steps:
- Click the button below and complete the appropriate checklist to sign up for the Morning Bus Service for the 2025–26 school year through Clarity.
- Once availability is confirmed, you will receive an agreement in Clarity to confirm enrollment and select a pick up location and payment plan.
- Please complete the agreement by the due date. Fees will be billed through Clarity. If all spots are filled, your student will be placed on a waiting list, and you will be notified if a spot becomes available.
- Cancellation/Refund Policy: To withdraw from the Morning Bus Service, a 30-day written notice to transportation@presentationhs.org is required. Charges will continue through the full monthly billing cycle that includes the 30-day notice period. Any full months paid beyond that billing cycle will be refunded on a prorated basis.
I.e., if you give notice mid-month, your account will be billed through the end of the following month. Refunds would begin for any full months after that.
Request Non-Tuition Assistance
Non-Tuition Assistance is available for students currently receiving tuition assistance. The level of assistance provided will be the same as the percentage of tuition assistance awarded.

Gold Line - Caltrain/Amtrak Connector Pass
This pass is for students boarding on the Gold Line bus at the San Jose Diridon Station.
Caltrain/Amtrak Integration
Caltrain/Amtrak connects multiple stops across the Bay Area, including San Bruno, San Mateo, Belmont, Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Fremont, Great America, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy. Students can arrive at the San Jose Diridon Station, where they board for a timely arrival at Presentation.

Recommendation: For students traveling south on the Caltrain, the recommended train is number 404, which arrives at Diridon Station at 7:58 a.m. For students traveling north, the recommended train is number 809, which arrives at Diridon Station at 7:40 a.m. Please note that these timetables are current as of December 2024.

Rules and Regulations
The Presentation High School bus program is designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and respect of all students while traveling to and from school. To maintain a positive and secure environment on the bus, we ask that all students adhere to the following rules and guidelines. Your cooperation is essential in keeping the bus experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Safety and Respect
- School Rules Apply: All school rules from the Presentation Student/Parent Handbook are in effect on the bus, which is an extension of the classroom.
- Respectful Conduct: Follow the bus driver’s instructions and treat them with respect. Care for the bus property; defacing or damaging it is prohibited.
General Conduct
- Punctuality and Readiness: Arrive at your pickup point at least 5 minutes before departure.
- Boarding & Exiting: Line up in an orderly manner at least 12 feet away while waiting to board. Remain seated until the bus stops completely, and the door is opened to exit.
- Onboard Rules:
- Observe the same conduct as in the classroom.
- Be courteous and do not use profane language.
- Do not eat or drink on the bus. Chewing gum and littering are not allowed
- Keep the bus clean.
- Obey the driver.
- Keep noise to a minimum.
- Stay in your seat. Face forward and remain seated while the bus is in motion.
- Keep head and hands inside the bus.
- Bus driver is authorized to assign seats.
- Seatbelts must be worn.
Accountability
Misconduct will be handled by the Dean’s Office. Repeated violations may result in the loss of bus privileges.
