Online Membership Form
Thank you for your interest in joining Lantern League! We are now accepting members for the upcoming year. To join, please complete and submit the membership form by January 31, 2025. All donations to Lantern League are tax-deductible. Lantern League membership and grant donations will be distributed as grants in 2025 to 501(c)(3) organizations in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and to Presentation High School, as designated by you on this form.
