Lantern League Membership

Membership Information

Being a part of this giving circle creates a unique opportunity for members to make a sizable impact to improve the quality of life for women and girls in the greater Bay Area through Presentation High School and community based organization programs.

Participation includes an annual meeting and two other meetings that include social, donation and educational opportunities:

  • Fall Meeting: Guest speaker for educational opportunity
  • March Meeting: Grant proposal presentations and voting
  • Spring Meeting: Social and donation drive

Membership is open to all women including high-school students and recent graduates. You do not need to have an affiliation with Presentation High School to join!

We offer three categories of annual membership:

  • Regular Membership (over 30 years of age): $1,000
  • Junior Membership (Up to age 30)): $500
  • Student Membership (Grades 9-12): $100

When you join, you will designate how you want your donation allocated:

  • 100% to community non-profit organizations
  • 100% to Presentation High School (PHS) scholarships
  • 50% to community organizations and 50% to PHS scholarships

The deadline to be a 2022 Lantern League member is January 31, 2022.

To join Lantern League, please complete and submit this membership form before January 31, 2022. Donations made by December 31, 2021 are tax-deductible in 2021, January 2022 donations will be deductible in 2022.  Donations will be distributed as grants in 2022 to 501(c)( 3) organizations in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and to Presentation High School, as designated by you in this form.

Gifts are evenly split between grants to community organizations and Presentation High School unless otherwise designated on the membership form.


Event Photography

We photograph and/or shoot video at all of our events. We use these photos and videos for event posters, Facebook/social media, our website, newsletters, etc. We will generally announce when videos are being taken at events.  If you do not wish to be in a photo or video, please kindly do not join any group shots and let us know if you have any concerns, otherwise consent is assumed.
